The Springwood project forms part of the NSW Cooler Classrooms Program, delivering a high-performance climate control solution for St Columba’s College using Daikin VRV technology. Working across multiple levels of the site, the Air on Temp team completed extensive refrigerant pipework, drainage systems, and condenser installations with a strong focus on precision, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
From tight and clean pipe layouts through to neatly brazed and insulated refrigerant lines, every stage of the installation was completed to a high standard. The project also involved carefully planned drainage works to ensure proper falls, support, and performance across the system. Despite challenging access conditions, the team successfully positioned and fitted off multiple VRV condensers while maintaining a clean and organised site throughout the build.
Delivered as part of the NSW Cooler Classrooms initiative, the Springwood project showcases Air on Temp’s ability to manage complex commercial HVAC installations with attention to detail, coordination, and workmanship at every stage.
